Allison Moore: Ceramic Artist from Seattle, Washington

Sculptor, Potter, Tile-Maker, and  Plaster Mold Designer. Pieces are thrown on the potters wheel, hand-built, sculpted, & press-molded with stoneware and porcelain clays. They are glazed and fired in electric kilns to 2,230 F (cone 5). Allison primarily sells her work directly to customers at the Redmond Saturday Market from May through October, and in downtown Seattle on select days per month, at the Pike Place Market. She has done large commissions for the West Sound Wildlife Shelter, the Senior Center of West Seattle, and the Puget Sound Blood Center.  Special Orders accepted if tailored to her design aesthetic.  Preferences may be chosen from available motifs and glazes.  Studio is located in South-East Seattle- visits welcomed by appointment.
